The following sequence / order should be followed for uploading or adding of data to the platform.
- Course Level – The different Levels of Programs offered the UG / PG / Diploma
- Degree / Diploma’s offered in your School / Institute
- Departments in your School / Institute
- Branches within the Departments, if you do not have create it same as the Department
- Class, the Years of Degree / Diploma’s offered eg. F.Y., S.Y., T.Y., Final Year etc.
- Division, the Groups of Students in Multiple Classrooms if intake is Large, eg. DIV A, DIV B etc. If you do not have a division create DIV A
- Subjects, List of All Subjects
- Academic Year, Current Academic Year eg. 2020-2021
- Semester, Different Semesters offered in your School / Institute
- Teacher, List of Teachers teaching in your School / Institute
- Teacher Subject, Teachers Teaching Subjects
- Branch – Subject – Division – Year
- Class Subject
- Student, List of Students
- Student Semester
- Student Subject
- Parent
